1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Nova Engine platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a church or ministry, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Use of Service
Nova Engine provides tools for church production automation. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content broadcast or projected through our platform, ensuring it complies with local copyright laws and ministry standards.
3. Subscription and Billing
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled on a monthly or annual basis via our secure payment partners. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your Nova Dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial service periods.
4. Intellectual Property
The Nova Engine platform, including its proprietary Pulse AI models and interface architecture, remains the exclusive property of Nova Inc. Your media content remains yours; we only process it locally on your hardware to provide the requested automation features.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% reliability during live worship, Nova Engine is not liable for any production interruptions, hardware incompatibilities, or network failures occurring during live events.
